In Stamford and the surrounding villages we are so fortunate to have so many community groups, charities and volunteer organisations.
I have supported and volunteered at several of these over the last few years including the Evergreen Care Trust. I would like to see more outreach services to support those in need, so that nobody is left alone and new supported housing for vulnerable residents.
Over the last ten years I have supported numerous grant applications such as play equipment, defibrillators, benches and bins alongside some paint for village railings.
In 2018, we also launched LotterySK which will further benefit local groups and charities with fundraising.
